Cancellation Policy
The goal of our clinic is to provide quality treatments in a timely manner. In order to do so it is necessary for the clinic to implement an appointment/cancellation policy. This policy enables the clinic to better utilize available appointments for other clients of the clinic. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, the clinic requires 24 hours notice. Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments (no show) will be billed at 100% of the original appointment. Payment for the cancelled or missed appointment must be received before the next treatment is received.
NSF Policy
There will be a $25.00 service charge on all returned cheques due to non-sufficient funds.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift Certificates must be presented at the time of treatment.
Gift Certificates will not be refunded for cash.
The clinic will not replace lost or stolen Gift Certificates.
Donated gift certificates may bear an expiry date.
Late for Appointment Policy
Due to the importance of each client’s time, if you are late for an appointment your session will not run longer. You will be given the remaining time allotted as scheduled. This is to ensure each client’s scheduled time is respected. Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment is to begin to ensure a full treatment.
